Main Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can refried beans
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups enchilada sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and water according to packet instructions. Simmer until thickened.
Warm refried beans in a small pot.
Spread a layer of refried beans on each tortilla. Add a portion of the beef mixture. Roll up tortillas and place in a baking dish.
Pour enchilada sauce over the burritos and top with shredded cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Top with sour cream, shredded lettuce, and diced tomatoes before serving.
