Filling
- 6 cups Peaches, sliced
- ½ cup Granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Topping
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Rolled oats
- ½ cup Brown sugar
- ½ cup Butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine sliced peaches, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Pour into a baking dish.
In another bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, and melted butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over the peaches.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
