- 1 loaf French bread cut into cubes
- 1 cup Blueberries fresh or frozen
- 8 Eggs
- 2 cups Milk
- ½ cup Maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
1. Grease a baking dish and place the cubed French bread in it.
2. Sprinkle the blueberries evenly over the bread cubes.
3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt.
4. Pour the egg mixture over the bread and blueberries, ensuring all pieces are soaked.
