- 500 g Ground lamb
- 1 small Onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Fresh mint, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, onion, garlic, mint, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
3. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
4. Grill the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your liking.
5. Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
