Bagel Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup Self-Rising Flour
- 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Egg Wash (1 egg beaten with 1 tablespoon water)
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds (optional)
Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, self-rising flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll each part into a ball, then shape into a bagel.
Brush each bagel with the egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds if using.
Place the bagels in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Let the bagels cool slightly before serving.
