Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Warm Milk 110°F
- 2 ¼ teaspoon Active Dry Yeast
- ¼ cup Sugar
- ⅓ cup Butter melted
- 1 Egg room temperature
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 4 cups All-Purpose Flour
In a large mixing bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
Add melted butter, egg, and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix well.
Gradually add flour, one cup at a time, mixing until a soft dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a ball and place on a greased baking sheet.
Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the rolls for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and brush with melted butter. Serve warm.
