White Chili with Ground Turkey

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Turkey
- 1 medium Onion, diced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 can Great Northern Beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can Diced Green Chilies
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ¼ cup Sour Cream for garnish
- ¼ cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro for garnish
1. In a large pot, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned.
2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Pour in the chicken broth, beans, and diced green chilies. Stir to combine.
4. Add the ground cumin, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
6. Serve the chili hot, garnished with sour cream and chopped fresh cilantro.
