Unstuffed Cabbage Roll Recipe
A simpler take on traditional cabbage rolls, this unstuffed version is hearty and delicious.

Main Ingredients
- 1 head Cabbage chopped
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Rice uncooked
- 1 can Tomato Sauce (15 oz)
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes (15 oz)
- 1 large Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add the chopped onion and garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Stir in the uncooked rice, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, salt, and pepper.
4. Add the chopped cabbage to the pot. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
5. Cover the pot and let it simmer on low heat for about 45 minutes, or until the cabbage and rice are tender.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
