Delicious jalapeños stuffed with brisket and cream cheese, wrapped in bacon, and smoked to perfection.

- 8 Large jalapeños
- 1 cup Cooked brisket, shredded
- 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
- 8 slices Bacon
- 1 tablespoon BBQ rub
Preheat your smoker to 275°F (135°C).
Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
In a bowl, mix the shredded brisket and cream cheese until well combined.
Stuff each jalapeño half with the brisket and cream cheese mixture.
Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Sprinkle the BBQ rub over the bacon-wrapped jalapeños.
Place the jalapeños in the smoker and cook for about 1 hour, or until the bacon is crispy.
Remove from the smoker and let cool slightly before serving.
