  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Wash and dry the strawberries. Skewer them.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Heat until the mixture reaches 150°C (300°F).
  3. 3. Dip the skewered strawberries into the sugar mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
  4. 4. Place the coated strawberries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to cool and harden.
