Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef lean
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 2 cups Shredded cheese cheddar or Mexican blend
  • 1 bag Tortilla chips crushed
  • 1 can Black beans drained and rinsed

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the taco seasoning and salsa to the beef. Stir to combine and let simmer for a few minutes.
  4. In a baking dish, layer half of the crushed tortilla chips, followed by the beef mixture, black beans, and half of the shredded cheese.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
