- 1 lb Chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- ½ cup Soy sauce
- ¼ cup Honey
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
- 2 tablespoon Green onions, chopped for garnish
- 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds for garnish
In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sriracha sauce, garlic, and ginger.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and bring to a simmer.
Add the cornstarch mixture to the skillet and stir until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
