Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • ½ cup Soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoon Green onions, chopped for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sriracha sauce, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the cornstarch mixture to the skillet and stir until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
