- 2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup milk
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 9-inch unbaked pie crust
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, milk, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 55 to 60 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the pie to cool before serving.
