Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Pineapple Chunks drained
  • 1 medium Bell Pepper cut into chunks
  • 1 medium Onion cut into chunks

Sauce Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Ketchup
  • ¼ cup Rice Vinegar
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix ketchup, rice vinegar, brown sugar, and soy sauce. Set aside.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  3. 3. Add bell pepper and onion. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. 4. Pour in the sauce and bring to a simmer. Add pineapple chunks.
  5. 5. Stir in cornstarch mixture and cook until sauce thickens.
  6. 6. Serve hot over rice.
