  • 8 pieces Banana peppers large
  • 1 cup Cooked rice
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • ½ cup Chopped onions
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the banana peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, shredded cheese, chopped onions, ground beef, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Stuff the banana peppers with the mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  5. Pour the tomato sauce over the stuffed peppers.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the filling is cooked through.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
