Stuffed Banana Peppers Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 8 pieces Banana peppers large
- 1 cup Cooked rice
- 1 cup Shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
- ½ cup Chopped onions
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 cup Tomato sauce
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 
- Cut the tops off the banana peppers and remove the seeds. 
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, shredded cheese, chopped onions, ground beef, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. 
- Stuff the banana peppers with the mixture and place them in a baking dish. 
- Pour the tomato sauce over the stuffed peppers. 
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the filling is cooked through. 
- Serve hot and enjoy!
