Ingredients 

Pie Crust

  • 1 package Refrigerated pie crusts 2 crusts

Filling

  • 4 cups Fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • ½ cup All-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Butter cut into small pieces

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Place one pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. In a large bowl, mix strawberries, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
  4. Pour the strawberry mixture into the pie crust and dot with butter.
  5. Cover with the second pie crust, seal edges, and cut slits in the top.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
  7. Cool before serving.
