Spinach Mushroom Quiche

- 1 cup Spinach chopped
- 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 cup Milk
- 4 Eggs beaten
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- 1 Pie crust pre-made or homemade
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, sauté mushrooms until tender. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Place pie crust in pie dish. Spread spinach and mushrooms over the crust. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Pour egg mixture over the vegetables and cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the quiche is set and golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
