  • ¼ cup Yellow Mustard
  • ¼ cup BBQ Rub

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
  2. 2. Rub the pork butt with yellow mustard.
  3. 3. Apply a generous amount of BBQ rub to the pork butt.
  4. 4. Place the pork butt in the smoker and cook for about 8 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 195°F (90°C).
  5. 5. Remove the pork butt from the smoker and let it rest for at least 30 minutes before shredding.
