Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Baby Potatoes
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). 
- Boil the baby potatoes in a pot of salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. 
- Drain the potatoes and let them cool slightly. 
- Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and gently smash them with a potato masher. 
- Drizzle the olive oil over the smashed potatoes and sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. 
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until crispy and golden brown. 
- Serve hot and enjoy!
