  • 1 lb Baby Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Boil the baby potatoes in a pot of salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Drain the potatoes and let them cool slightly.
  4. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and gently smash them with a potato masher.
  5. Drizzle the olive oil over the smashed potatoes and sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until crispy and golden brown.
