Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff
A comforting and easy-to-make beef stroganoff recipe made in a slow cooker.

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef stew meat
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 8 oz egg noodles cooked
1. Place beef, onion, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in the slow cooker.
2. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until beef is tender.
3. In a small bowl, combine sour cream and flour. Stir into beef mixture until well blended.
4. Cook on high for an additional 15 minutes, or until sauce is thickened.
5. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
