Slow Cooker Beef Barley Soup Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 pound beef stew meat cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup barley
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup carrots chopped
- 1 cup celery chopped
- 1 cup onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper to taste
- 1. Add beef, barley, broth, water, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker. 
- 2. Stir to combine. 
- 3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until beef and barley are tender. 
- 4. Adjust seasoning as needed before serving.
