- 1 lb Sausage sliced
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup Bell Pepper chopped
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes 14.5 oz can
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Rice uncooked
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large casserole dish, combine the sausage, onion, garlic, and bell pepper.
Add the diced tomatoes, chicken broth, rice, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
Remove from the oven and let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.
