  • 2 cups Chickpeas cooked or canned
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Drain and rinse the chickpeas if using canned. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
  3. In a mixing bowl, toss the chickpeas with olive oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the chickpeas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
  6. Let cool before serving. Enjoy!
