Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Chickpeas cooked or canned
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Drain and rinse the chickpeas if using canned. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
In a mixing bowl, toss the chickpeas with olive oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
Spread the chickpeas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
Let cool before serving. Enjoy!
