  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 packet Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Corn drained
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the ranch dressing mix and taco seasoning mix to the pot. Stir well to combine.
  3. 3. Add the black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and water to the pot. Stir to combine.
  4. 4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve hot, garnished with your favorite toppings like shredded cheese, sour cream, and chopped cilantro.
