- 1 cup Pumpkin puree
- ½ cup Vegetable oil
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 ½ cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon Ground nutmeg
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, eggs, and sugar until well combined.
In another bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
