Puerto Rican Coquito Recipe
Coquito is a traditional Puerto Rican holiday drink similar to eggnog, made with coconut milk, rum, and spices.

Main Ingredients
- 1 can Coconut Milk
- 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 can Evaporated Milk
- 1 cup White Rum
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
1. In a blender, combine the coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, rum, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg.
2. Blend on high until the mixture is well combined and smooth.
3. Pour the mixture into a bottle or jar and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until chilled.
4. Shake well before serving. Serve cold, garnished with a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.
