Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 can Kidney Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Set your pressure cooker to sauté mode and brown the ground beef.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until softened.
  3. 3. Stir in the chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  4. 4. Add the kidney beans and diced tomatoes. Stir well.
  5. 5. Secure the lid, set the pressure cooker to high pressure, and cook for 15 minutes.
  6. 6. Allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
  7. 7. Serve hot, garnished with your favorite toppings.
