Pork Chop Soup Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Pork Chops bone-in or boneless
- 1 cup Carrots diced
- 1 cup Celery diced
- 1 cup Potatoes diced
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 4 cups Chicken Broth
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add a bit of oil and sear the pork chops until browned on both sides. Remove and set aside.
2. In the same pot, add the onions, carrots, celery, and garlic. Cook until softened.
3. Add the potatoes, chicken broth, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
4. Return the pork chops to the pot. Reduce heat and simmer for 30-35 minutes, or until the pork is tender and the vegetables are cooked through.
5. Adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot.
