Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Pork Chops
  • 4 cups Potatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  3. In a frying pan, melt butter and brown the pork chops on both sides. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, sauté the onions until translucent.
  5. Layer the sliced potatoes in a baking dish. Add the sautéed onions on top.
  6. Place the browned pork chops on top of the potatoes and onions.
  7. Pour the milk over the entire dish and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
  8. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
