- 10 cups Popped Popcorn
- 1 cup Sugar
- ½ cup Corn Syrup
- ¼ cup Butter
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ½ teaspoon Salt
1. Pop the popcorn and place it in a large bowl.
2. In a large pot, combine sugar, corn syrup, butter, and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture comes to a boil.
3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
4. Pour the hot mixture over the popcorn and stir well to coat evenly.
5. Let the mixture cool slightly, then form into balls using buttered hands.
6. Place the popcorn balls on a baking sheet to cool completely.
