  2. 2. Add flour, olive oil, and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. 3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. 4. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. 5. Punch down the dough and divide it into portions for pizzas or calzones. Roll out the dough to your desired thickness.
  6. 6. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Add your favorite toppings or fillings and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
