  • 3 ½ cups All-Purpose Flour

  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let it sit for about 10 minutes until frothy.
  2. 2. Stir in flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. 3. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  5. 5. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  6. 6. Punch down the dough and roll it out on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  7. 7. Place the rolled-out dough on a baking sheet and add your favorite toppings.
  8. 8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
