Ingredients 

Pesto Sauce

  • 2 cups Fresh basil leaves
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup Olive oil
  • ¼ cup Pine nuts
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Pasta

  • 400 g Pasta of your choice

Instructions 

  1. 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. While the pasta is cooking, prepare the pesto sauce. In a blender or food processor, combine the basil leaves, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, pine nuts, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
  3. 3. Toss the cooked pasta with the pesto sauce until evenly coated. Serve immediately.
