Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 Green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. Heat the skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
  2. Add the beef slices and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the remaining oil and sauté the bell peppers and onion until tender.
  4. Return the beef to the skillet and add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch mixture. Stir well.
  5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens. Serve hot.
