- 6 cups Peaches, sliced fresh or canned
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 stick Butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Stir in the milk and vanilla extract until the batter is smooth.
Pour the melted butter into a baking dish.
Pour the batter over the melted butter. Do not stir.
Arrange the peach slices evenly over the batter.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
