- 2 cups heavy cream
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 packet gelatin unflavored
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream and sugar over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved.
2. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
3. In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over 2 tablespoons of cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
4. Stir the gelatin mixture into the warm cream mixture until completely dissolved.
5. Pour the mixture into ramekins and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
