Main Ingredients
- 200 g Rice noodles
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 Onion sliced
- 1 cup Carrots julienned
- 1 cup Cabbage shredded
- 1 cup Chicken breast cooked and sliced
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 1 Lemon sliced for garnish
1. Soak the rice noodles in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain.
2. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat. Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
3. Add carrots and cabbage, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
4. Add chicken and cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Pour in soy sauce and chicken broth, bring to a simmer.
6. Add the soaked noodles and toss to combine. Cook until noodles are tender and liquid is absorbed.
7. Serve hot with lemon slices on the side.
