Maryland Crab Soup Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb crab meat fresh or canned
- 1 cup corn fresh or frozen
- 1 cup green beans chopped
- 1 cup carrots diced
- 1 cup potatoes diced
- 1 can diced tomatoes 14.5 oz
- 1 cup onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste
1. In a large pot, sauté the onions and garlic until translucent.
2. Add the carrots, potatoes, green beans, and corn. Cook for 5 minutes.
3. Pour in the chicken broth and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
5. Stir in the crab meat, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
