Instructions
1. In a saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Remove from heat and add dried lavender. Let it steep for 10 minutes.
2. Strain the lavender water into a pitcher, discarding the lavender flowers.
3. Add sugar to the lavender water and stir until dissolved.
4. Add fresh lemon juice and 4 cups of cold water to the pitcher. Stir well.
5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving. Serve over ice and enjoy!
