Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Almond flour
  • ¼ cup Coconut flour
  • ¼ cup Psyllium husk powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 4 Eggs large
  • ¼ cup Butter melted
  • ½ cup Water boiling

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the eggs and melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  4. Slowly add the boiling water to the mixture, stirring continuously until the dough thickens.
  5. Transfer the dough to the greased loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
