Italian Sausage Soup Recipe
A hearty and flavorful soup made with Italian sausage, vegetables, and pasta.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Italian sausage casings removed
- 1 Onion chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 cups Chicken broth
- 1 can Diced tomatoes
- 1 cup Pasta small shapes like ditalini or elbow
- 2 cups Spinach fresh, chopped
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 1. In a large pot, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove and set aside. 
- 2. In the same pot, add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until softened. 
- 3. Add the chicken broth, diced tomatoes, and pasta. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. 
- 4. Return the sausage to the pot. Add the chopped spinach and cook for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 
- 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
