Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Pork Ribs baby back or spare ribs
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  2. 2. Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs.
  3. 3. Pour water into the Instant Pot and place the trivet inside.
  4. 4. Place the ribs on the trivet, standing them on their side if necessary.
  5. 5. Secure the lid and set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 25 minutes.
  6. 6. Once the cooking time is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
  7. 7. Preheat your oven to broil.
  8. 8. Carefully remove the ribs from the Instant Pot and place them on a baking sheet.
  9. 9. Brush the ribs with BBQ sauce and broil in the oven for 5-7 minutes, until the sauce is caramelized.
  10. 10. Serve and enjoy!
