- 8 pieces Chicken Thighs bone-in, skin-on
- ⅓ cup Honey
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce low sodium
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken thighs with black pepper and sear them skin-side down until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
4. Flip the chicken thighs and pour the honey garlic mixture over them. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is caramelized.
6. Serve hot, spooning extra sauce over the chicken. Enjoy!
