Main Ingredients
- 1 whole rabbit, cut into pieces
- 2 cups red wine
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 2 tablespoon butter
1. Marinate the rabbit pieces in red wine and vinegar overnight.
2. In a large pot, melt butter and sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
3. Add the rabbit pieces and brown on all sides.
4. Sprinkle flour over the rabbit and stir well.
5. Pour in the marinade, beef broth, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
6. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 2 hours or until the rabbit is tender.
