Main Ingredients
- 4 cups sliced cooked beets
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup vinegar
- ½ cup water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water
- 2 tablespoon butter
In a saucepan, combine sugar, vinegar, and water. Bring to a boil.
Add cornstarch mixture and cook until thickened.
Add beets and butter. Cook until heated through.
