- 2 pounds Octopus cleaned
- 1 cup Olive Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the octopus and cook for 30 minutes until tender.
2. Remove the octopus from the pot and let it cool slightly. Cut into manageable pieces.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Brush the octopus pieces with the mixture.
5. Grill the octopus for 5-7 minutes on each side until charred and crispy.
6. Serve hot with a drizzle of olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice.
