Main Ingredients
- 4 cups chopped green tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1.5 cups sugar
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon celery seeds
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon salt
1. Combine all ingredients in a large pot.
2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
4. Spoon into jars and refrigerate.
