Greek Style Potatoes Recipe
Delicious Greek-style potatoes with lemon, garlic, and oregano.

Main Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes peeled and quartered
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup chicken broth
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Add potatoes to the bowl and toss to coat.
Transfer potatoes to a baking dish and pour chicken broth over them.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes, or until potatoes are golden and tender.
Serve warm.
