Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 kg goat meat, cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 2 potatoes, chopped
  • 400 ml canned tomatoes
  • 500 ml beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the goat meat and brown on all sides.
  3. 3. Remove the meat and set aside. In the same pot, add the onion and garlic, and sauté until soft.
  4. 4. Add the carrots and potatoes, and cook for a few minutes.
  5. 5. Return the goat meat to the pot. Add the canned tomatoes, beef broth, thyme, and paprika. Stir well.
  6. 6. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 2 hours, or until the meat is tender.
  7. 7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
