  • 1 cup Fresh ginger, peeled and grated
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 liter Club soda
  • 1 piece Lemon, sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine ginger, sugar, and water. Bring to a boil.
  2. 2. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Strain the mixture and let it cool.
  4. 4. Mix the ginger syrup with club soda.
  5. 5. Serve over ice with a slice of lemon.
